What’s your favorite time of day?
I am an early person almost to a fault .. if I sleep until 5 a.m I feel completely behind in life.
I like to arrive at the gym by 5 a.m my best workouts happen that early. The gym is pretty empty and it’s easy to focus and workout uninterrupted.
Then my dog gets her daily walk.
After all of that I’m ready to tackle my day with a clear mind and a smile on my face .
