What sacrifices have you made in life?

I’m not sure I’ve made actual sacrifices.

Everything I’ve done in life has been by choice .

Anything I’ve done to help someone out or time I have spent has always been by choice.

And by choice I’ve always had the option to say no if it was something that didn’t fit into my life .
