What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Starting off on my health and well being it starts with my yearly labs. For me it’s a work up of everything since I have Thyroid Disease every part of my labs are important.
If anything is off with my labs changes start there.
Now putting lab work aside I am a very active person. I usually arrive to the gym between 4-5 a.m I enjoy my workout go home walk my dog and then start my day. That always starts my day off on a positive note.
For accountability I’m probably like most I do have a watch that calculates my workout time, calories burned , stand hours, and yes my step count. Some days I don’t hit every goal I have set on that watch but that’s okay.
I would like to say as hard as I work out I’m some health food nut but being honest my diet isn’t anything that qualifies as healthy right now.
