This year the sole is upgraded I can feel the extra support in my heals.
New design on the back which makes these fit like a glove.
They stayed with the shoe laces we all love so no worries about double knotting your laces.

Gym bag
Let’s talk gym bags for a minute .
I’m a little blown away by this one . This is the first one I’ve found with a spot for everything !
Who doesn’t love a waterproof pouch for your sweaty cloths ! That’s a huge bonus to me since I always change before I leave .
And the second part I love is the bottom as a vented compartment for your shoes . No more mixing gym shoes with your other gym items . That’s exactly what I needed since I always end my gym session with a run.
This can also be used as a travel bag too.

Running Shoes
The number one topic at the gym today was running shoes.
We all have our favorite but I was pretty excited my new Brooks Ghost arrived over the weekend. I love this time of the year when the new line is coming out the old line is discounted.
So I am making it this year only buying two pairs that’s 1 less than usual. Brooks really hit the mark when they designed the Ghost 16. They finally perfected the shoe laces which was always the main complaint for us runners. We hated that we had to double tie the old ones.
These molded to my feet perfectly. They did take a few weeks to break in as they are completely different from the rest but the support I receive is amazing !
Hands down out of all of the running shoes I have purchased these are the most supportive and the longest lasting. I run 7 days a week.
Running Shoes
As mentioned before I love giving honest product reviews.
I am an avid runner. I run everyday usually 7 miles five days a week and 15 miles twice a week.
Running makes me happy. No I probably will not attempt some marathon in my lifetime but I will enjoy each and every run I take.
I prefer running indoors. I alternate between the treadmill and the elliptical and I only wear one kind of running shoe and they are the Brooks Ghost. I’ve tried so many other shoes and hands down these are my favorite I get 6 months out of each pair and that is impressive.
