I love using my daughter’s gym at her condo it’s definitely empty at that time of the day.
I love an empty gym.
At home I use a gym facility and I’m usually on the early morning crowd but recovering from an injury I’ve been arriving at different times and I’m kinda liking the evening time . Seems like I sleep better.
