How do you practice self-care?

How do you practice self care. For me it’s waking up early every morning and getting to the gym while most people are still sleeping .

That’s my favorite time to go.

I’m still recovering from my rotator cuff surgery so I only have the ability to do my physical therapy and run.

I am slowly regaining my strength and looking forward to lifting weights 5 days a week and my daily run.

Right now it mindset.. I remind myself daily keep going you got this.

That’s my self care and the time I take daily for myself. It starts my day off on a positive note.

  1. Ah yes, you are one of those people occupying a higher state of living! While you are making the most of your morning I am slapping my alarm clock, attempting to hit the snooze button before my slumbering wife awakens, LOL. Exercise on! GL with the rotator cuff recovery!
