Electronics

What would you change about modern society?

For just one weekend I would love to for teenagers to see what life is like without cell phones.

Bring it back to our teenage days of actually living life with no proof of what we did.

Cell phones are actually something I’m thankful for that I didn’t grow up with .

Living in the moment is something kids these days will never understand.

  1. My wife and I implemented a no cell phone policy during dinner. Everyone had to put their phones away. So for about an hour each day we had some together time as a family. That rule applied whether we were eating at home or at a restaurant.

  2. then there was the time I ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere and had to walk hours to find a pay phone. but I get your point, there were times my parents didn’t know where I was nor cared….as long as I eventually came home…and they had no way to track me…

    • The gas part stinks but no evidence was the best part of my teen years . It’s such a luxury to have the ability to get ahold of my kids at any given moment but I would also like to see them just for one weekend experience life without a phone for a weekend.
